August - Announced and completed the S$114.75 million strategic acquisition of a 51% interest in Harmony Partners Investments Limited which holds an 80% indirect interest in Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre ("Suntec Singapore"). This increased Suntec REIT's effective stake in Suntec Singapore from 20.0% to 60.8%.

April - Unitholders approved all resolutions tabled at Suntec REIT's annual general meeting held on 15 April 2011.
December - Completion of the acquisition of a one-third interest in the MBFC Properties on 9 December 2010.
November - Unitholders approved the resolution tabled at the Suntec REIT's extraordinary general meeting held on 26 November 2010 in relation to the proposed acquisition of the MBFC Properties.
October - Announced the proposed acquisition of a one-third interest in Marina Bay Financial Centre Towers 1 and 2, and the Marina Bay Link Mall.
October - Secured S$700 million term loan facility comprising a 3-year S$350 million loan and a 5-year $350 million loan to prepay the S$575 million 3-year loan and to refinance part of the S$400 million loan.
